Fleeting moments of unadulterated silence

Fleeting moments

Fleeting moments

We have been given a late summer this year, yet my heart isn’t letting go of winter peels.
Joy struggles in the shadows, planning an escape that bounces off the walls of life. Of the mind.

Happiness is truly within.

Sun might enhance the rainbows of our soul, like contrast adding sharpness to a photo defining its contours but it isn’t the essential ingredient.

Yet, I inherently know delight lies in wait, lurks around the corner. A lifetime doesn’t vanish into oblivion.

I slow my pace in all good summer tradition, setting aside guilt (for imposing my will to those around me) living days moment by moment, listening to the pulses of nature, savouring every sound, celebrating the notion of nothingness surprised by the calmness that proceeds, appreciating the wonders of wildlife accompanying us wherever we are, on a daily basis gone unnoticed…

We are born to think motion is the only motor of survival, the only form of sanity but we forget to retire for a while from the hubbub to calm the nervous energy that comes with it.

We still have more than a month left. I know this might last no longer than the ink absorbed unto this page but I won’t forget so easily those fleeting moments of unadulterated silence & invite you to do the same 🙂

P.s
A very pleasant summer to you all!!

As priceless as your unburdened face

5.8.2015 country long nice walk (62)-1-

Good tidings to someone who really deserved it, is what inspired this poem.

Lips are made for smiles,
Feet tap to the beat of a joyful heart
Ears, capture the vibrations of victory &
Eyes, mirror the reflection of life’s paillette.

Time is now to honour life,
Celebrate & venerate its beauty
Crash through high tides &
Assess the futility of worry.

Be as free as the wriggly faces of a new born
Dare break down the fences of conventions
Walk & skip along frilled narrow lanes
Pick up the struggling caterpillar

Gently helping it down on to the familiarity
Of grass, ITS civilization, escaping
Temporarily the harshness of asphalt.
Those are the biggest triumphs…

And as priceless as your unburdened face.

If time counted no more

If time counted no more…

If time counted no more I would start afresh
Question my hard earned complacency
Run away from concreted indifference

Live horizons to starry nights
Listen nature’s whisper
Witness day’s promises
Keep company to storms
And rainbows, capture
Forever changing palettes…

Have I misinterpreted wisdom
And blown out the flame
That keeps hope warm
Motivates dawn’s birth
Ignites the sparks
Slaps life out of its torpor?

If time counted no more I would breathe
I would dance I would laugh
As if no tomorrow, no today mattered

Just NOW, ME, LIFE…

This poem was the result of an enchanting and memorable trip on Holland’s thin roads running along its canals. It obviously had to be adjusted but the words, emotion and kernel were kept. The photos are fairly recent.
Enjoy it!

Authentic Holland
——————

Earth and paradise
In this country
Peace in its nature
Green, blue so pure

Narrow roads
Water on all sides
Line of earth
Precarious but salutary

Solitude and tranquility
Propitious pleasures
Picture perfect
Grandiose and magnificent

Landing
From time to time
In small quaint villages
Reminiscing a fairy tale

One final flight
Grazing the ground
Ethereal scenery
Coasting the imaginary

Euphoria and sadness
Contradictory feelings
Belonging to an evening
Of nature in triumph

On the highway, tired
Feeling purified
Of buried anxieties
Hitherto asleep

Furrowing this beautiful country
Its character dazzles us

And we regain…

The Holland of our youth
The port of our wandering.

La Hollande authentique
————————-

Terre et paradis
Dans ce pays
Paix en sa nature
Vert, bleu si pur

Routes étroites
L’eau de toute part
Ligne de terre
Précaire mais salutaire

Solitude et tranquillité
Plaisirs propices
Tableau parfait
Grandiose et magnifique

Atterrissant
De temps en temps
Dans de petits villages coquets
Rappelant un conte de fée

Un dernier envol
Frôlant le sol
Paysage irréel
Côtoyant l’imaginaire

Euphorie et tristesse
Sensations contradictoires
N’appartenant qu’un soir
A une nature en allégresse

Sur l’autoroute, fatigué
Se sentant purifié
Des angoisses enfouies
Jusqu’ici endormies

Sillonnant ce beau pays
Son caractère nous ébloui

Et nous regagnons…

La Hollande de notre enfance
Le port de notre errance.

This poem I left intact since 1990 and was a result of holidays ending and
having to come back to the realities of chores and routine.

By a morning
—————–

Morning without garden
Sadness with no end
Painful awakening
With a misty heart

Experience acquired
Of a unprecedented sojourn
Paradise Island
Of infinite paths

Free of the conscious
That flew in the fields
Madness in the winds
Lived in the moment

End of a morning
Sadness without garden
Foggy awakening
Of a painful heart

_______________

Par un matin
—————–

Matin sans jardin
Tristesse sans fin
Réveil douloureux
Au cœur brumeux

Expérience acquise
D’un séjour inouï
Ile du paradis
Aux sentiers infinis

Libre du conscient
Envolé dans les champs
Folie dans les vents
Vécu au moment

Fin d’un matin
Tristesse sans jardin
Réveil brumeux
Au cœur douloureux

Water is alive! Dr. Masaru Emoto ( from blogger Goss coaching )

I just got this in my Reader from blogger Goss coaching and found it to be a very powerful video. The background music is soothing and the message… well, I’ve already said 🙂
It’s all about the power of our thoughts which is something I’ve researched on the internet for a good few years now.
Very special people as the Biologist Bruce Lipton and Gregg Braden have a vast knowledge on it and have dedicated their whole life to explore and master that subject.
I’ll post their works too after this, enjoy it and let me know 🙂

WATER IS AFFECTED BY THOUGHTS

Dr. Masaru Emoto, from Japan after receiving his doctorate from the Open International University, was introduced to the concept of micro cluster water and Magnetic Resonance Analysis technology.
Continuing in this stream of research, Dr Emoto began studying the impact of altering water molecules by various factors such as vibrations and even consciousness.
Through repeated experiments Dr. Emoto demonstrated that human thoughts and emotions could alter the molecular structure and crystalline forms of water.
Why are water molecules affected by the positive or negative thoughts and intent of humans?
Does our intent actually affect molecules?

What makes this discovery so amazing is that we live on a planet covered by more water than landmass, and that the human body is composed almost 90% of water.

Poem ” La vie ” 1987 ( French original text translated into ” life ” in previous post )

La vie
——

Snow

Snow

La vie est parfois,

Un air sans rythme,
Un rythme sans coeur
Un coeur sans soleil
Un soleil glacé
De la glace brisée

———————-

L’espoir d’un été
Un été enchanté
Un chant sans chemin
Un chemin compliqué
Un sentier emprunté

For those who are familiar with french, Don’t you think it sounds better in it’s original text?
Have a good day!
