Natural face wash… Honey!

Honey

As I posted yesterday James Wong Natural remedies, I thought of starting today, with the simplest and easiest discoveries I made ( after my holidays ) while researching on the internet for any natural solution to the regular use of soaps, cosmetics, face wash…

Face wash was my priority. I have a very dry skin and up till then I had to wash it with pure… water! Soaps or anything chemical gave the sensation of my skin pulling to the extreme.

So, I went to work for quite a long time until I found on you tube someone who had about the same problem and found that Honey was the best answer. It had antiseptics and antibacterial properties, it can fight infection in wounds, can fight allergies… and as it’s for external use, there’s not much counter indication in case people have some kind of intolerance ( unless their skin is sensitive to it which I have never experienced. )

It can be applied straight on the face, in the shower or bath so it can wash off properly.
I have since then, advised close ones who used it and were very happy with the results. Let me know what you think of it 🙂

P.s Up till one year of age, children should not eat Honey as it contains Botulinum Endospores!

Follow up of Bruce Lipton’s Lecture

I have the impression the other video WAS a full one but they’ve must have written by mistake 1 of 2.
This is a follow up… after understanding his idea about how the subconscious is actually the one most important place to change, he introduces the Psych-K method and his innovator as the answer to big physical and mental positive transformation. I can testify 🙂 and it’s not my profession.
I go with the idea in life that, one doesn’t lose much by trying out new methods besides taking the ” risk ” of being changed to a happy version of you!
My pessimism went to a little corner of my life and my natural optimistic self was brought out to light with my creative side too.
It didn’t happen all at once but boy, did I see the difference!
Enjoy this too!

Note: This series is a follow up to Bruce Lipton’s – The Biology of Perception talk http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=9CF36E4F42048E00

Rob Williams, M.A. and Originator of PSYCH-K, discusses how beliefs determine your biological and behavioral realities and shows how to establish communication with the subconscious to “rewrite the software of the mind” and facilitate change.

PSYCH-K is a simple and direct way to change self-limiting beliefs at the subconscious level of the mind, where nearly all human behavior originates, both constructive and destructive. Its overall goal is to accelerate individual and global spiritual evolution by aligning subconscious beliefs with conscious wisdom from the worlds great spiritual and intellectual traditions.

Rob Williams has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Masters Degree in Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Colorado. He is President of The Myrddin Corporation, and Director of the PSYCH-K Centre International. Rob’s life-long exploration of human potential, combined with his background in marketing, advertising, business management — and 14 years in private practice as a psychotherapist — provides a practical, results-oriented approach to personal change.

Water is alive! Dr. Masaru Emoto ( from blogger Goss coaching )

I just got this in my Reader from blogger Goss coaching and found it to be a very powerful video. The background music is soothing and the message… well, I’ve already said 🙂
It’s all about the power of our thoughts which is something I’ve researched on the internet for a good few years now.
Very special people as the Biologist Bruce Lipton and Gregg Braden have a vast knowledge on it and have dedicated their whole life to explore and master that subject.
I’ll post their works too after this, enjoy it and let me know 🙂

WATER IS AFFECTED BY THOUGHTS

Dr. Masaru Emoto, from Japan after receiving his doctorate from the Open International University, was introduced to the concept of micro cluster water and Magnetic Resonance Analysis technology.
Continuing in this stream of research, Dr Emoto began studying the impact of altering water molecules by various factors such as vibrations and even consciousness.
Through repeated experiments Dr. Emoto demonstrated that human thoughts and emotions could alter the molecular structure and crystalline forms of water.
Why are water molecules affected by the positive or negative thoughts and intent of humans?
Does our intent actually affect molecules?

What makes this discovery so amazing is that we live on a planet covered by more water than landmass, and that the human body is composed almost 90% of water.

Granola bar recipe update for the Gluten sensitive

research (2)

A friend asked me, if I could adapt this recipe to a Gluten free one. I did some research, ( It might help
all the Gluten sensitive people hence, this Post ) and found out that oats are not counted as
Gluten but, a grain of wheat might slip in so, maybe nature shops are more reliable. (?)
I think every country has its level of reliability which each person has to investigate.

Then I checked if rice is considered Gluten, ( for the rice syrup or malt if you want ) it is not, so those are already two unobjectionable ingredients.

So, the only undesirable ingredient left is the flour that is used as a thickener,
and one could use anything at hand, as rice flour for example… It is easy to just
innovate and improvise in accordance with the components one always has at home.

I hope this is of help to all the people who have this intolerance.

Have a lovely weekend!
