Of all the videos I used when working on the laptop, studying, writing or simply in need of a holiday at home, this one is at the top of my list in quality.
The scenery changes fast enough so as not to be bored and are long enough to put you in deep relaxation if you watch it constantly.
At the end of the hour with the video finishing off with a sunset, you feel as loose and lazy as at the end of a full day on the beach.
