This is the sweetest and most moving story-song ever! There are no words I can add, this video says it all…
Your reaction means a lot so, don’t hesitate to send in your insight 🙂

I composed this poem in 1989. That is really way back. As usual, I adapted it to the time that has passed and the lessons I have learned along the way.
One of them, that life is not black or white, it has its moments of unexpected events thrown at us which we have to try and take… with a pinch of salt.
The biggest luxury would be to be able to see it with perspective. With the knowledge that things come and go, they don’t stay forever. To perceive the
blueprint of life and grasp the bigger picture. What may seem huge normally will quickly shrink with such acumen.
That’s when we can proudly feel and shout to the world that we have reached a certain level of wisdom. 🙂
I hope you’ll enjoy reading it.
Have a lovely day!
Facets of life
—————
Happy day
Day of pain
Day of riches
Love and drunkenness
Flash of worries
Life of wishes
We love and cherish
The captured second
Life of delirium
Spells of insomnia
We divert and escape
Boredom that follows
Life of values
Mountains of sweetness
Bouts of misfortune
Life without shame
If I was LIFE
Out of the window I’d toss
To children weeping
Vouchers of happiness
So they should have…
A day with flavor
A present without grief
A season where they’d laugh
An eternal paradise

Facettes de la vie

Jour de bonheur
Jour de douleur
Jour de richesse
D’amour et d’ivresse
Un clin de soucies
Vie d’envies
On aime et on chéri
La seconde conquise
Vie de délires
Périodes d’insomnies
On s’étourdit et fuit
L’ennui qui suit
Vie de valeurs
Montagne de douceur
Phases de malheurs
Vie sans pudeur
Si la vie j’étais
Par la fenêtre j’enverrais
Aux enfants qui pleurent
Des bons de bonheur
Pour qu’ils aient…
Un jour de saveur
Un présent sans douleurs
Une saison où l’on rit
Un éternel paradis
