Thank you’s & taking a small break!

I’ll be taking a break from posting for two weeks to come back with the oomph for more!
My appreciation goes to all my followers, for the time they take to like & comment,
without you this blog wouldn’t have been possible.
When I think of the moment I published my first post & got my first like shortly after…
the feeling was indescribable, I couldn’t believe that someone was out there seeing my
first painting “The lioness” in my “Hello world” first page.

This is what I found in my post today.
I had forgotten the exact date but am very grateful for being given the opportunity to thank first my closest who helped me with my first very-hesitant-baby steps into WordPress, patiently putting up with my incessant questioning & secondly all my amazing followers which have amounted to the staggering number of 706!
Something I had never dreamed of 🙂

To celebrate this milestone & my gratitude, I offer you this photo which is a personal flower arrangement dating from the cold month of February with a rose from a bouquet I had received & leaves I had found on a stroll lying on the ground with such striking colors I couldn’t resist bringing them back home in the hope they would inspire me into creativity which is what happened!

Natural Recipe category restored!

I am relieved to have completed the photo restoration of the recipe category in less time than the others as it’s smaller compared…
I realize now that all this ordeal was in my favor as the blog is more pleasant to the eye in its update from more experience. I selected this time round more carefully the quality of the photos and thanks to the advice of so many kind bloggers I reduced the photo-pixels which rejuvenated this blog that was nearing to its end by being close to overloaded.
So, I am learning constantly and I’m now short of two smaller categories to finish (Writings & O.a writings) before being able to totally celebrate 🙂
