Today, I am going to give you something totally different!
I had mentioned in a previous post, that a while back, I had gone through intensive research for a year and a half developing and searching recipes for natural cosmetics and home cleaning products well, here are the easiest ingredients for your laundry powder soap.
(Not liquid which I personally find impossible to store and work with.)
Let me know of your experiences… I am always open to learn new and different ways of doing it 🙂
Ingredients
———–
1. 4 cups of natural soap flakes (Can be found in any supermarket under any name or make)
2. 2 cups of washing soda (Or called soda crystals)
3. 2 cups of Borax (I found that very expensive so I purchased instead a cheaper brand of natural laundry detergent. I nevertheless found that omitting the Borax without replacing it with a substitute, did a good job too)
4. 6 Tbsp of oxygen bleach (Found as well in a regular supermarket)
Method
—–
Pour everything together and mix thoroughly. Use it in the same amount as regular powder!
With time passing by, I realized that I did not have to be so particular with amounts and just poured the ingredients into a big box in fairly equal amounts taking in account that the soap flakes is the larger ingredient and oxygen bleach a distinctively smaller one in the recipe.
That way it was not a strain to renew my batch every time.
It is an easy, cheap way to be aware of your health and the environments.
I hope this was of some help to all of those looking for an easy alternative way of living!
Keep me updated 🙂
