This is a most inspirational video I had seen a while ago. It was shown to me today in a even more inspiring & professional version (if that’s possible :)) which struck me to be so powerful that I thought it wouldn’t be a bad idea to post it even if you’ve already seen it… five minutes every morning will set you up for the day!

Nick talks about the importance of parenting in early childhood and it’s significance in overcoming hopelessness. Willpower is a driving force for making our big dreams come true, but if we don’t get a miracle in life, we can always be a miracle to someone else.
Nick Vujicic was born in Australia to a Serbian immigrant family, with a rare disorder characterized by the absence of all four limbs. Most of his childhood he struggled with depression, and after a suicide attempt he decided to concentrate on what he did have instead on what he didn’t. He realized that his life story inspires many people.

He is great the more I see the more I appreciate
Nick Vujicic’s is on target when he says that we all go thru storms in our life and we never know how long the storm will last. I wish every one could benefit from his positive talks.
This week, I talked with several students who have very low self esteem. One even referred to herself as “ugly” and “fat.” I told her she was neither. I told her I felt this way as a teen and when I look back at an old photo of myself, I say: “Hey, I was kind of cute. Why was I so hard on myself?” Then, I told her that she was cute and never to look at herself in a negative way because she had too much going for herself. She was smiling at the end. I hope she begins to believe in herself.
Thanks for this testimony which I think we can all relate too, our mind is the culprit… if we choose to believe it 🙂
When we look back at the photos that’s when reality strikes as you said.
That is why I posted it, I believed as you do that many could benefit from his depth and wisdom.
If your words can reach this girl’s heart and make a difference you are a very lucky woman 🙂
I always thought myself to be very privileged when/if I could play a tiny part in a person’s change for the better.

Yes I came across Nick several years ago on YouTube and pleased to say he has since married and has a child.
I always remember his words to a young school audience saying he would never have arms to hold the girl of his dreams, but he would hold her in his heart… For she would need to love him for his … And I was so happy for him when he found the One.. 🙂
It puts our own lives into perspective.. 🙂
That was the sentence that hit me the most and you feel it terribly sincere.
Every word coming out of his mouth has double intensity because of the adversity he overcome.
