I know…we hate bad knew & would rather focus on the positive but we still need information to know what to do as prevention.
I have stopped eating fish since I heard it in the news. I know they don’t know for sure & will not know for a while how damaging it is for us to eat sea food anywhere around the globe. We will only have that knowledge once the damage is done.
I don’t want my family to be a victim so I take my precautions & replace fish with organically earth growing proteins.
We can all contribute & back-up a cleaner safer world so our kids have a better chance to a, as-normally-safe-childhood as we got. We ow them at least that.
As for now, I’d like to help my fellow bloggers by passing the information http://aristonorganic.com/2013/11/15/fukushima-beyond-urgent/
so kindly put out on her blog.
Even though it is a long & space consuming video, at the bottom of the writings, the publisher suggests we watch further info which I did and was surprised at the amount of info we are totally unaware of, take a look it’s worth your time and effort.

Please share/remix this video. And if you do so, please include the information given below. And if you could give a link through to my original, that would be appreciated. Thanks.
*UPDATE* The following are the words of RadChick (Christina Consolo). I respect her opinion, so please add what she says into the equation:
“I do want to mention that the estimation from Tepco that 300 tons of contaminated water are flowing into the Pacific each day is way too low. Anywhere from 1000-4000 tons flow through the site daily, along with 3-400 tons that Tepco is pouring. How does the bulk of that water magically avoid the corium lava-field underground? I don’t think it does. So the worst case, which should ALWAYS be assumed in a radiological accident with wide implications for public health, and in this case contamination of the entire Pacific Ocean, is that 10x more contaminated water than what Tepco states is flowing into the Pacific. Possible as much as 4000 tons, not 300 as indicated in this video or the ‘official story”. Imo. No one else is talking about this MAJOR discrepancy. We need ground penetrating radar to formulate a plan and get a handle on what is happening”

The people here at our small office discuss Fukishima all the time. We are miffed at the lack of attention this global disaster is getting in the press. Thank you for sharing and posting. I am reposting the youtube video on my facebook page and twitter.
Thank you for being concerned & caring enough to want to spread the word.
My appreciation goes to you for letting me know about it through your comment.
Thanks for this post. I must say that I sometimes live in ignorant bliss with no TV or newspaper. Maybe that is not such a good thing after all as I miss important things sometimes.
I used to be like that too, there is nothing like the state of ignorant bliss as you so eloquently put it but blogging changed it all, one can’t possibly keep away from news with information pouring in daily.
It has its up & its downfalls but all in all I find there are more advantages in it for me than disadvantages.
It can get a bit too much, true, but I feel I need to be informed in order to know what next step to take as a result of what’s going on which makes me feel safer in a sense…does that make sense? 🙂
If I have the courage to take away the fear I can listen, read & plan ahead with a clear focused mind.
Yes, it does make sense. But sometimes I feel there is only so much one can do and I used to much more of a worrier than I am now. We have an overdose of info and the world does not seem all that better for it, IMO. Ignorant bliss works for me! Lol
We all find what works for us. I used to worry tons from that overdose precisely then, I decided no news is good news then…I got myself a blog 🙂
I’d like to know your secret, how you keep away having a blog?
I mostly use the blog for my passion, photography and mostly to give my photos a life beyond the hard drive. I see news here and there on Facebook or on my sign on page but really, that is about it!
Well, it seems as if sifting is what I’ll have to start doing…eventually 🙂
The Fukushima news has completely floored me, too… our world is so unprepared for this! I’m glad I’ve never liked to eat fish, being brought up vegetarian. But I don’t know what is going to happen to our oceans, or those of us who continue to eat from them. Like the title says… Beyond urgent, and beyond comprehension, really. Is this why we aren’t hearing more?
You are very lucky to have the Independence of being fish free, no adaptation needed but those are minor changes compared!
We never hear straight after & more because it seems to always take years till the opinions & verdicts become real enough to mobilize all those people to announce it to the system, that’s the way I understand it at least 🙂
But then, so much time has passed people have lost the opportunity to take care of their lives, make adjustments, take their disposition in short, to fit the new pieces of this very different image created by our mindlessness and pursuit for what we believe is easier but in reality becomes the result of our self-destruction.
Hopefully, the picture isn’t so bleak (I’m an eternal optimistic!) and this will be caught in the nick of time…it will be the long needed wake up call so the world can take action to save itself.
Thanks for caring enough to take an interest & comment. It’s duly appreciated 🙂
The Universe works her wonders yet again, I have over the last few days Had Fukushima on my mind as I caught a News Real item on Youtube as the rods can not now be accessed to be removed, It has them scratching their heads what to do.. And I was thinking of doing a post about their plight.. And Here you are highlighting it for us.. Yes it is beyond Urgent, but it seems so many are burying their heads in the sand as they sweep it under the Ocean hoping it will all go away..
In fact it will not..
The Governments out there are allowing people back within 12 miles of the plant to live.. and many are experiencing both adults and children nose bleeds, all signs of Radioactive poisoning .. Its a dreadful state of affairs and still we are building more nuclear plants..
Here in the UK they have given the go a-head to build a huge one very soon.. The government pouring in millions and yet we still don’t know how to go on when things go horribly wrong!..
People think it is of no concern to them, but if this plant in Fukushima blows it will reverberate around the World.. With consequences which will last for generations to come..
I don’t know if you’ve seen the second & longer video but they give us enough information to understand that the biggest damage has already traced us a wobbly & dangerous path.
Now you are saying it can get worse & England doesn’t stop at that! Goodness how stupid can humanity get!
I think Germany is the only country trying to rectify an ugly past in history by leading an example to follow by closing down nuclear plants and encouraging plans for greener power as far as I’ve heard.
I’m grateful you took an interest and so eloquently commented on the subject.
As always, spot on! Thanks 🙂
No I have not got the time as yet to view the 2nd vid as Im off to work in an hours time, But have saved to view later.. Thank you again for the info provided 🙂 Yes the Government want their heads looking at!.. Large protests have taken place at the place planned for this plant.. But as usual the media ignore what we the Voters have to say!
