This poem from 1989 differs by one word only. Instead of ” example of courage ” I changed it to ” model of courage. ”
As you can see, the sketch is brand new, made among a collection of three others, on the newborn-mother Theme.
This poem is dedicated to the beauty in all mothers, especially those that surround me and teach me lessons of
courage, dedication and selflessness on a daily basis.

Mother of generosity

Model of courage
Love and sharing
You are the heart
Of a beautiful flower

We are the petals
Very small petals
Attached forever
To our revered queen

This lack, this ” weakness ” transforms you, puts you
in danger, sometimes, makes you see life other than it is.

Ce manque, cette ” faiblesse ” vous transforme, vous

Summer pond was painted around the summer of 2011.
It is not relevant to our season but I nevertheless
wanted to share with you its delicate Theme so as to
refresh ourselves from all the layers of clothing,
the long winter hours of obscurity without taking
away the quality time with our family, the coziness,
the beauty of nature lying in wait…

This is a shell collection of many years. When we walk on the beaches,
any beach, I like to keep busy, head bent, in search of the unusual
shape, size or color.

Not so long ago, I spoke to my art teacher ( yes, I still need her
advice from time to time 🙂 ) and she suggested this assemblage stuck
on canvasses of different shapes and color.

Today, I thought it was a good idea to share it with you all!

My self-grown tomato 2011

This was a experiment of mine… Again! I wondered if it was possible to grow something indoors.
Well it took a long time, nine months to be precise, for this tiny tomato and only one dared to
show up 🙂

The good thing that came out of it, I appreciated what I buy at the supermarket!

My dilemma was where do I fit this, in which category? I ended up putting it in the natural
recipes. Mainly because it fitted nowhere, well, it is nature’s recipe after all 🙂

Sweet worries 1991 ( Prose in its English original text! )

This prose was written in the midst of child-rearing. The times we thought, would be frozen forever.
When we thought we’d stay in pampers and pureed foods till the end of our lifetime…

It is to be noted that it’s the one and only time I wrote a prose in English.

Sweet worries

Hush little baby
Please, don’t drive me crazy
Hush little baby
Oh! Beautiful as a daisy

A gurgle
A yawn
A bottle
At dawn

A smile
To forgive
A hug
To forget

A yawn
At dawn
The bottle
Is warm

I cuddled
My bundle
And time
Was mine

Hush, little baby

Just to bring you through this post a bit of sunshine and warmth 🙂
And to announce that yesterday was the first time I started to work
with oil paint. I loved the facilities that comes along with its texture.

I’ll keep you updated with my projects. Odyssey is nearly finished too.
As soon as it’s done, I’ll post all the stages till the end results.
